Head Office
The 3000 sq.ft head office functions as the strategic and intellectual center of the organization. it houses the design, engineering and administrative teams responsible for devloping new machine models, launching patented innovations, and planning business and facility expansions the head office also manages business relationships across more than 23 countries, supported by a global network of representatives and agents.
Unit 1-R&D and Precision Manufacturing
The 1500 Sq.ft R&D facility is equipped with advanced Precision Manufacturin to ensure every component meets international quality banchmarks. The facility houses CNC machining centers, including VMC, VTL, and up to six-axis machining capabilities, supported by advanced inspection systems. Complete in-house manufacturing of critical components enables superior accuracy, reliablility and repeatability across all machines produced by Gaurav Engineering.
Unit 2-Production and Service Support
spanning 17,000 Sq.ft. the production facility is dedicated to large-scale manufacturing, assembly and inventory management. This Unit supports continuous production requirements while maintaining readiness for round-the-clock service support. it forms the operational backbone of the company, ensuring timely delivery and dependable after-sales service for customers worldwide
Unit 3-House of Recycling
The 65,000 Sq.ft House of Recycling stands as india's largest recycling trial center and showroom, offering a complete and immersive experience. The facility showcases fully operational recycling solutions for both post industrial recycling (PIR) plastic waste. Covering all stages in the recycling process crush, wash, extrude and pelletize. Trial capacities range from small 15kg per hour side trim recycling machines to fully integrated trunkey washing lines up to 5000 kg per hour. with machines available for live trials and fast delivery schedules. the House of Recycling serves as a true one-stop destination for recycling machinery. Built on a legacy of over 40 years. it has earned Gaurav Engineering its respected position in the industry as the House of Recycling.
